不同灌水次数对红地球葡萄生长发育及果实品质的影响

摘 要:以贺兰山东麓5年生红地球葡萄为供试材料,通过田间试验与室内分析方法,在相同滴灌条件下,研究了不同灌水次数对红地球葡萄生长发育及果实品质的影响。结果表明:相同滴灌条件下,灌水12次的葡萄梢长最长,副梢发生率最高,叶片鲜重和干重最大,鲜干比最大,干物质积累量最大;灌水12次的葡萄Vc、可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量最高,灌水14次葡萄产量最大,还原性糖含量最高,总酸含量最低。

Effects of Different Irrigation Times on Grape Growth and Fruit Quality

Abstrct:Taking 5 years old of Red Globe grape as tested materials at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain,through field experiment and analysis,effects of different irrigation times on Red Globe grape growth and development and fruit quality were studied under the condition of the same irrigation. The results showed that:under the same condition of drip irrigation,irrigation with 12 times of grape shoot length,axillary shoot number were the highest,the fresh weight and dry weight of the leaves were the largest,The fresh and dry ratio was the largest,and the dry matter accumulation was the biggest. Irrigation with 12 times promoted the content of VC,soluble solid and soluble sugar,and irrigation with 14 times promoted yield and sugar reducing content and total acid content was the lowest.

科学的水分管理是实现半干旱地区作物高产优质栽培的前提,土壤水分亏缺不仅影响土壤中有效养分的数量,而且影响到养分通过扩散和质流向根系迁移的速率,进而影响作物根系对养分的吸收[1]。鲜食葡萄水分管理甚为重要,若水分亏缺会导致果实偏小,果肉紧实,水分过大则会导致果实糖度降低,因此适宜的水分管理对于鲜食葡萄的高产优质生产意义重大。本研究通过设置不同灌溉次数试验,探讨同一灌溉定额条件下,不同灌溉次数对鲜食葡萄生长发育及果实品质等的影响,以期为鲜食葡萄节水灌溉制度的建立提供理论支持。
1 材料与方法
1.1 试验地概况 试验于2015年4~11月在宁夏银川市金沙林场葡萄基地进行。基地位于银川市南部永宁县胜利乡,北纬38.20′7.86″,东经106.8′59.49″,海拔
