摘 要：农业既是经济社会发展的基础与保障，实现农业现代化是中国梦的重要内容。该文阐述了农业现代化的内涵及其在人民生活、粮食安全乃至国家安全中的重要性，认为要实现农业现代化必须从以下7方面着手：（1）大面积连片耕种土地，国家宏观控制，因地制宜；（2）必须实现机械化，提高劳动效率；（3）必须具备完善的水利设施，保证粮食生产，不能靠天吃饭；（4）必须要有高素质的农业生产队伍，即职业农民；（5）必须有完备的粮食收购、储备和陈化粮处理体系；（6）必须举全国之力支持保障农业生产；（7）必须要有长期、稳定的政治环境，国家必须在政策、法律上保障农业生产。

Analysis of the Development Strategy and Importance of Agricultural Modernization

Abstract：Agriculture is not only foundation and guarantee of Chinese economic and social development，but also the important power of realizing Chinese Dream. This paper introduces the meaning of agricultural modernization and its importance in peoples living，food and national security. It is considered that 7 strategies are necessary in realizing agricultural modernization：Cultivated land should be planted in large acreage planting and macroscopicly controlled by state and accorded to local conditions；Mechanization should be realized and enhance labour efficiency；Water conservancy facilities should be complete，so ensuring food production not depending on nature；A high-quality agricultural teamwork-Professional peasants should be necessary；Systems of grain purchasing，reserve and aged grain treatment should be complete and necessary；Agricultural production should be financed by other industries；Political environment should be long-term stable and Agricultural production should be insured by national policy and law.

中国是一个人口大国，又是一个土地资源短缺的国家[1]，如何用不到世界7%的耕地养活占世界22%的人口，是一直以来摆在我们面前的重要任务。实现农业现代化对提高人民生活水平，维护国家粮食安全具有重要意义。另一方面，要全面实现中国社会主义现代化，在工业、国防、交通运输现代化高速发展的同时，要克服我国农业基础薄弱导致实现农业现代化进程缓慢的问题。因此只有实现农业现代化，突破现代化进程中农业瓶颈，才能真正实现全面现代化。从农业大国转变为农业强国，真正实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦[2]。
