摘 要 针对目前急诊医疗环境中医患关系紧张、医患矛盾突出的特点，开设针对中医专业医学生临床实习时期的医患沟通课程，通过基于中医文化构建急诊和谐医患关系的教学，帮助学生建立良好的医患沟通思想，培养成熟的医患沟通能力，从而培育出优秀的中医人才。

The theory and practice of teaching curriculum for constructing the harmonious doctor-patient relationship based on the culture of traditional Chinese medicine *

ABSTRACT In view of the characteristics of strained relationship and contradiction between doctors and patients in current emergency medical environment， the courses for the communication between doctor and patient in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medical students were set up. The students can be helped to establish a good idea for harmonious relationship between doctor and patient and to train some mature skills for doctor-patient communication based on the teaching of the culture of traditional Chinese medicine so as to cultivate excellent talents of Chinese medicine.

中医文化伴随着中华文明的发展，孕育着丰富的人文元素及人文精神，漫漫历史长河里，逐渐形成了以“仁”为中心的职业道德观，它以包容性和深厚的文化内涵为中医学生的人文教育提供了丰富的资源。有观点认为，对中医学的认识，要从文化起步，从文化立论，这将成为中医学传承、创新、发展、振兴的出发点和最终归宿[1]。然而长期以来，中医文化对于医患关系的作用却常常被忽视[2]。如何借助中医文化构建和谐医患关系，使其服务于临床医师的成长，已成为中医药高等教育的新课题。笔者所在科室承担了近年来上海中医药大学中医急诊相关的本科、研究生、留学生教学任务以及学生的临床带教任务，积累了丰富的教学经验。近来，我们提出在中国传统医学文化的指引下，通过加强急诊医患沟通相关课程的建设，在急诊临床实践教学活动中培养医患沟通能力、教会医学生了解病人的心理和需求、加强医学生对相关医疗法规的学习等来不断提高医学生的医患沟通能力，取得良好效果，现介绍如下。……
