摘 要：运用熵权值系数法对制造业与物流业的指标计算权值并对各自的综合发展水平及两者的协调度进行分析，同时结合灰色关联理论对制造业与物流业的关联度进行分析。得出的数据表明，当前制造业与物流业的发展水平基本保持一致且协调性较高，但是关联度较低。通过对四川省制造业与物流业协调度与关联度的研究，所得结论对四川省调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式，并促进经济发展具有十分重要的现实意义。

Abstract： Using entropy weight coefficient method for index calculation right value manufacturing and logistics industry overall level of development and coordination degree， combined with gray relational theory value the coordination degree of manufacturing industry and the logistics industry. The data obtained show that the level of development of manufacturing and logistics industry is currently substantially higher consistency and coordination， but to a lesser degree of relevance. Through the coordination of Sichuan manufacturing and logistics industry associated with the degree of research， the conclusions of the adjustment of industrial structure in Sichuan province， the transformation of economic growth mode and promoting economic development has a very important practical significance.

0 引 言

随着经济活动的全球化，市场竞争压力加大，制造企业面对这样的社会环境，急需发展自己的核心竞争力，将非核心业务进行外包以专注提高核心业务。这就使得制造业将其物流业务外包给物流企业，而物流企业也从提供单一物流服务向一体化物流服务转变从而完善其物流服务内容成为趋势，制造业物流业联动发展成为热点。

近年来，四川省对制造业与物流业联动发展越来越受到广泛的重视，2015年出台的《四川省物流业发展中长期规划（2015-2020）》中将制造业与物流业的联动发展列为了十大重点工程之一。2015年5月，第九届制造业与物流业联动发展年会召开，会上相关部门的政府领导、专家及一些制造业与物流业企业的负责人围绕如何更好地推动制造类企业剥离物流服务外包给物流企业，并提高物流企业一体化服务能力所涉及的相关问题进行了深入的探讨。……
