摘 要：随着物流产业的快速发展，农产品物流活动中的一些粗放型经营方式在不同程度上对生态环境造成了负面影响，融入了环境可持续发展理念的绿色物流应运而生，且已成为农产品物流业发展的必然趋势之一，基于此，文章通过构建指标体系，采用DEMATEL方法从不同侧面对甘肃特色农产品绿色物流发展的影响因素进行了实证分析，并依据分析提出相关政策性建议。

Abstract： With the rapid development of logistics industry， the extensive management of agricultural product logistics makes a negative impact on ecological environment in different degree， which makes a concept strategies into environment development arise at the right historic moment， in addition， which has become one of an inexorable trend in the development of agricultural product logistics. On this basis， the article does a positive analysis by the index system building and DEMATEL method to analyze the influencing factors of Gansu characteristic agricultural product environmental logistics development from different aspects， as well as puts forward relative policy suggestions according to the conclusion.

快速增长的物流产业已成为区域经济发展的重要组成部分，农产品物流量大、涉及面广、牵动性强，且与城乡居民生活息息相关，但传统农产品物流以农业产出物为主要对象，物流技术的滞后性、物流设施及手段的相对落后、产品标准化的难以掌控等因素导致产品流通中广泛存在着偏重经济效益、忽视生态影响的问题，导致物流各环节在不同程度对环境造成了一些负面影响。加之，随着人民生活水平的不断提升和消费观念的转变，城乡居民对农产品质量与安全越来越重视，消费中愈加强调无污染、无公害、健康环保等要求，消费结构亦向纯天然、绿色、便捷及功能性转型。为给消费者提供质量安全可靠、且有利于消费者身心健康的农产品，农产品绿色物流应运而生。十八大以来国家明确提出要突出节能降耗环保要求，奋力打造绿色物流，2015年3月《政府工作报告》又提出加……
