摘 要：近年来，各种连锁日用品超市、连锁家电专卖店、连锁医药零售商店等企业在柳州日益渐多、发展迅速，连锁零售物流渐渐为人们所关注。文章通过对柳州市连锁零售物流发展现状的调研，分析了柳州市连锁零售物流发展中存在的问题，提出了连锁零售企业应与第三方物流企业积极合作、实现商品的全程信息化管理、培养可持续发展的高素质物流管理专业人才、科学规划商业门店的建议。

Abstract： Chain retail stores such as chain supermarkets， chain home electronics stores， chain drugstores have strong growth in Liuzhou in recent years. Chain retail logistics is now an research field drawing more and more attention. By investigation on chain retail logistics in Liuzhou， this paper analyzes the problems in the development of Liuzhou chain retail logistics， and makes a suggestion that chain retail enterprises should actively cooperate with the third party logistics enterprises， keep the whole process management of goods computerized， train sustainable logistics managers， and plan commercial stores scientifically.

连锁零售（chain retail store）产生于美国，1859年在纽约创建的“巨人”茶叶公司到1865年发展了25家分店。1987年美国退役上校Colonel Harland Sanders在北京开了一家肯德基炸鸡店，那是中国的第一家连锁店，如今全国有4 000多家肯德基分店。20多年来，连锁零售这一经营方式逐渐被市场认可，其以专业化、规模效应和分工优势成为中国零售行业发展的趋势。据中国连锁经营协会统计结果显示，2013年连锁百强企业销售规模达到2.04万亿元，同比增长9.9%；新增门店6 600余个，总数达到9.5万个，同比增长7.6%，发展相当迅速。

在我国连锁零售业快速发展的大环境下，特别是在一线城市市场饱和、竞争激烈等因素影响下，不少大型连锁企业纷纷转战三、四线城市。中国连锁经营协会数据证明近两年三、四线城市拥有更强的增长潜力，如2013年百货店铺的平均销售额增长率是6.0%，而一、二线城市仅为1.4%；购物中心的平均销售额增长率为19.2%，几乎是一、二线城市的两倍，三、四线城市连锁零售行业到了发展的高峰。……
