摘 要 新入职辅导员是辅导员队伍中特殊的一支。他们在入职后，经历着角色转变、适应新环境等众多挑战。相对于其他时期的辅导员，新入职辅导员更容易产生巨大的心理压力，造成工作效率降低，甚至产生抑郁、焦躁等心理问题。本文通过新入职辅导员压力来源分析，寻找解决这一时期辅导员顺利过渡的途径，帮助辅导员正确面对和解决心理压力，树立良好的工作理念，提高辅导员队伍的稳定性。

Psychological Stress Analysis of New Recruits Counselor

Abstract New recruits counselor is a special team in counselors. After their entry， experiencing a role change， adapt to the many challenges of the new environment. Relative to other periods counselor， counselor of new recruits more prone to enormous psychological pressure， resulting in lower efficiency， and even depression， anxiety and other psychological problems. Through new recruits instructor pressure source analysis， find solutions in this period of smooth transition counselor， counselors help correct face and solve psychological pressure， good work ethic， to improve the stability of counselors.

0 引言

《中华人民共和国教育部第24号令》对辅导员的角色定位以及在学生和学校中的作用做了明确的规定，文件指出：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。辅导员应当努力成为学生的人生导师和健康成长的知心朋友。正因为辅导员处在学生工作的第一线，承担着学生思想、学习、心理、班级事务等多重任务，连接学校各个部门，在学校中处于至关重要的位置。随着学校的快速发展，学校、学生、家长对辅导员的期望也不断提高，辅导员工作队伍的竞争也愈加激烈。在辅导员队伍中，新入职辅导员是一个特殊的群体，他们刚刚进入教师岗位，在给学校注入“新鲜血液”的同时，自身面临着多重角色转换，新环境，新生活的适应。他们在承担工作责任的同时，还要面临各种未知、突发情况的处理。……
