摘 要 对进入实验室研究生新生开展了安全意识情况的问卷调查。通过问卷调查发现，研究生新生在实验室规章制度熟知程度、实验室安全意识及应急措施掌握、仪器设备规范操作、科研工作习惯养成等方面还存在一定的问题。针对这些问题，提出了切实发挥导师指导作用、定期开展实验室安全教育、加强仪器设备规范操作与维护管理、采用实验室门禁系统等措施，以利于研究生安全意识与技能的提高，促进实验室的良好运行与管理。

Abstract Questionnaires on postgraduate students' debut in the laboratory were surveyed before safe education. According to the questionnaire survey， issues such as different degrees of familiarity with laboratory regulations， different security consciousness， equipment nonstandard operation， lacking of good scientific work habits， were existent. In regard to these issues， measures such as postgraduate instructors real instruction function， regular laboratory safe education， management of laboratory equipment standard operation and maintenance reinforcement， laboratory access control system adoption， were proposed. Then， postgraduate students' security consciousness and emergency skills would be enhanced， laboratory management and operation would be promoted.

实验室是科研单位承担科研任务、进行人才培养、开展社会服务与对外合作交流的重要平台，对科研单位的科技创新及可持续发展具有重要的意义。由于实验室内仪器设备及其储存科研数据资料较多，从事科技活动的人员类别多样且流动性大，各类人员仪器设备操作技能掌握情况参差不齐，因此，安全问题在实验室日常运行管理中至关重要，特别是涉及用水、电、气、有毒有害和易制毒化学药品等环节的管控。研究生作为实验室开展各项科研工作的生力军[1]，在日常开展科研学习的每个环节与步骤均涉及多方面的潜在安全隐患。特别是进入实验室的研究生新生，刚进入一个新的科研环境，对实验室各功能区域分布不熟悉，对不同品牌及型号的仪器设备不了解。学生在实验室内活动的安全意识将直接关系到其自身安全，也影响其日常生活与学位论文开展情况。……
