摘 要：动物生理学实验教学是建立在使用大量实验动物的基础上，随着实验动物使用量的增加，动物福利保护问题日益受到人们的关注。该文针对目前动物生理学实验教学的现状和存在的问题，通过增强学生动物福利保护意识，调整教学内容，合理计划实验动物的使用和利用电子资源，分析了动物生理学实验教学中实验动物的福利保护和利用，以期在动物生理学实验教学中实现资源利用的最大化，既保证了实验教学的质量和学生实践能力的培养，又能兼顾动物的福利保护问题。

Abstract：Animal physiology experiment teaching is based on the use of a large number of experimental animals. With the increase of experimental animals use， animal welfare protection is becoming more and more attention. In view of the present situation and existing problems of animal physiology experiment teaching， laboratory animal welfare and utilization were discussed by enhancing students' awareness of animal welfare protection， the reform of teaching content， the reasonable plan of experimental animal utilization and use of electronic resources in animal physiology experiment teaching. The objective is that laboratory animal resource was reasonably used；the quality of experiment teaching and the cultivation of student practical ability was also ensured and animal welfare issues was considered in animal physiology experiment teaching.

动物生理学实验是生命科学学科重要的专业基础课程之一，在生理学实验教学过程中，常需要大量的实验动物且相对集中。近年来，随着高校招生规模的扩大，对实验动物的需求量剧增，且随着实验动物价格的日趋上涨，导致实验经费紧缺，更重要的是由此引发的动物福利和伦理等问题。特别是随着动物保护主义运动的发展，人们认识到医学、生物学等学科的研究与动物的保护存在着一定的矛盾[1]。因此，如何既保证实验教学质量和学生实践能力的培养，又能兼顾动物的福利保护问题，是摆在每一个教学和科研工作者面前的一个重要课题。鉴于此，本文对生理学实验教学中实验动物的福利保护和利用问题进行了分析，以期能适应新形势下教学要求，同时也能更合理使用实验动物。……
