摘 要：梗丝是卷烟配方中重要的组分，梗丝质量直接影响卷烟的外观质量、感官质量和消耗。梗丝出丝率是衡量烟梗是否有效利用的一项重要指标，是影响烟叶消耗的一个重点方面。该文围绕精益物耗控制对梗丝生产线的所有控制节点进行全线排查，对过程损耗控制进行测评分析，针对影响梗丝出丝率进行原因分析、制定措施、实施和验证，不断改进烟梗加工工艺参数和生产流程，最终达到提高梗丝出丝率的攻关目标。

Abstract：Stem is an important component of cigarette formulation，and the quality of stem directly affects the appearance quality，sensory quality and consumption of cigarette. The rate of stem silk is an important index to measure the effective use of tobacco stems，and it is a key aspect of tobacco consumption. This article will focus on lean consumption control of stalk silk production line all the control node across the board investigation，and evaluation analysis of loss of control，in view of the influence of the rate of stem silk possible causes carries on the reason analysis，development，implementation and verification measures，to improve tobacco stem processing parameters and production process continuously，and ultimately to get the objectives of improving the rate of stem silk.

在烟梗制造工艺流程中，梗丝处理段是洗梗后在预储梗柜内的烟梗经蒸梗、储存，再经压梗、切梗丝、加料，再进入梗丝膨胀和干燥定型，最后由风选设备筛选分离出合格的梗丝加香后进入储梗丝柜，最终加工成符合工艺要求的成品梗丝，每个生产环节由于机械加工作用，最终造成梗条、梗丝不同程度的损耗。梗丝生产工艺流程如图1所示。

烟叶单箱消耗作为“优秀卷烟工厂”的衡量指标之一，是各卷烟工业企业关注的重点，梗丝出丝率作为影响单箱耗叶的一项重要指标，它是由投入产出法计算得出，其公式为：梗丝出丝率（%）=风选后梗丝重量/投烟后烟梗重量×100。因此，挖掘梗线物料损耗的突出环节、寻找工艺参数优化的空间，有针对性地开展项目攻关活动，能够在保证梗丝质量稳定的前提下，确保降耗效果持续和稳定，具有重要的意义[1]。……
