摘 要 应用型本科院校转型是当代高等教育进一步发展的新目标，传统的教学模式已经不能满足中国高等教育教学改革的要求。本文结合辽宁科技学院工程实践中心计算机基础实验室建设的研究与实践，分析了目前应用型本科院校实验室建设和管理中存在的问题，阐述了特色应用型本科高校实验室的发展思路，对应用型本科院校转型中实验室建设方向和管理方法进行了初步探讨。

Thinking and Exploration of the Construction of Computer Basic

Laboratory in the Application Undergraduate Transformation

——Take Engineering Practice Center of Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology as an example

Abstract The transformation of applied undergraduate colleges is a new target for the further development of higher education. The traditional teaching mode has been unable to meet the requirements of China's higher education teaching reform. Based on the research and practice of Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology engineering practice center of computer basic laboratory construction， analyzes the problems of the construction and management of university laboratory application problems， expounds the development of the special application-oriented university laboratory， laboratory construction and management methods of direction of transformation of applied undergraduate colleges are discussed.

目前工程应用型本科院校是一些高校转型的目标，实验室是培养学生创新意识和创造能力等实践能力的具体场地。实验室建设和管理对教学效果的实现、学生动手能力的训练和创新意识的培养都有着重要作用。计算机基础实验室建设与发展也应该围绕立足地方经济，加强学生计算机基本操作技能为培养目标，探索校企切实合作，按需共建之路，逐步构建培养符合企业要求的应用型人才的实践平台。

1 计算机基础实验室现状

为了实验教学资源的整合，加强实验教学改革创新的能力，辽宁科技学院将原电信学院的软件实验室、计算机基础实验室等10个教学单位的36个实验室和多媒体教室合并成工程实践中心，其中计算机基础实验室24个。在工程实践中心建设中，重点把握以下几点：仪器设备相对集中，统一安排使用，减少设备的重复购置；……
