摘要：现利用SWOT分析方法对辽宁省铁岭县乡村旅游发展进行分析，其中分析了铁岭县乡村旅游发展的优势，包括铁岭县乡村旅游发展的区位、交通优势；铁岭县乡村旅游发展的资源优势，包括丰富的自然生态资源、历史文化资源、优质的农业资源及铁岭县乡村旅游发展的客源优势。也提出了铁岭县乡村旅游发展的劣势，主要有发展缺乏整体规划、整体接待水平较低、宣传力度不够等。同时也面临着一定的机遇和行业内部及乡村旅游发展的威胁。

The SWOT analysis about the development of rural tourism in Town of Tie ling in Liaoning Province

Abstract：Analyzing the development of rural tourism in Town of Tie ling in Liaoning Province through SWOT now， first the advantage of it ， including the zone bit and traffic advantages. Resource advantage， Including rich natural ecological resources， the historical and cultural resources， high quality agricultural resources and the advantage of customers of the development of rural tourism in Town of Tie ling.Also putting forward the disadvantage of it. Therere mainly short of the overall planning， low level of reception on the whole and not enough publicity. In the meantime it also faces some opportunities and the treat from the inside industry and the development of rural tourism.

一、研究背景

随着休闲时代的来临，旅游休闲消费将成为国民普遍的消费和大众化的消费。在世界旅游市场构成中，休闲旅游占62%。近年来，乡村成为了城市人节假日出游的主要目的地。乡村旅游是在乡村地域范围内，以乡村农田景观、乡村自然生态环境、乡村生产活动体验和乡村民俗文化风情为主要旅游内容，以城市居民为主要的客户群体，以满足其休闲、度假、观光、体验等为目标的旅游活动。辽宁省铁岭县有着乡村旅游赖以发展的自然生态资源、农业资源以及民俗文化。外加铁岭县发达的交通条件及地理位置等优势，为其乡村旅游提供了广大的客源市场和便利的条件。笔者对铁岭县乡村旅游进行了SWOT 分析，剖析其乡村旅游发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁，并提出了进一步发展的建议，为发展铁岭县乡村旅游提供借鉴。……
