如何提高高校图书馆借阅率

摘要：图书借阅率的高低，说明读者的到馆率和文献利用率。因此提高图书流通率是图书馆管理的重要任务之一。而在各个高校，图书馆作为高校教学和科研的服务部门，各类书籍的利用率直接反映了流通部门的工作效率与状态。然而，在快餐文化以及移动通讯设备和网络的发展的影响下，愿意进入图书馆阅读书籍的读者越来越少，借阅率也直线下降。这种现状不利于图书馆作用的发挥，也不利于形成学习型社会风气。文章以哈尔滨商业大学图书馆为例，对其2015年1-12月的数据进行统计分析，列举可以提高图书馆借阅率的方法，希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。

Abstract:Book borrowing rate shows the rates of readers' coming to the library and the utilization of literature. Thus improving the book circulation rate is one of the important tasks of library management. In various colleges and universities, the libraries work as a service sector of teaching and research, the use of various types of books directly reflects the efficiency and status of the circulation sector. However, under the influence of the fast food culture and the development of the mobile communication equipment and network, readers who are willing to enter the library to read books are getting less and less, and the borrowing rate also decreases linearly. This situation is not conducive to the role of the library to play, is not conducive to the formation of a learning society. The paper takes the library of Harbin University of Commerce as an example, analyzes the data from January to December in 2015, lists the ways to improve the library borrowing rate, with the hope to provide a reference.

一、采购优质图书，优化馆藏结构

（一）采购高素质的图书，激发读者的读书兴趣

文献的采购是一次决策的过程，而信息则是决策的基础。藏书必须经过精心的选择和组织，才能形成天下一家的知识体系。在当今出版社机构庞大，图书品种繁多，内容广泛，良莠不齐的情况下，图书采购一定要慎重。应尽量购买不同种类的文献，形成一定的比例，做到种类齐全，知识完整。每年的期刊、报纸订阅工作，学校图书馆最好先征求学生和老师们的意见，听取大家的反映，有针对地策划和采购，以满足各类读者的需求，然后再决定书的下一年订单。……
