【摘 要】交通工程建设项目具有其复杂的特性，工程现场监督管理中存在施工现场安全意识不强、重大生产责任意识淡薄、现场监管手段弱化、有效控制难度不断加大等问题，在一定程度上制约了现场管理。使用视频监控系统在工程施工现场的监控管理与应用，能直观地实时对项目的现场施工进行管理，促进并加强工程项目施工现场质量、安全与文明施工和环境卫生的管理，通过对工程项目施工现场重点环节和关节部位进行监控，提高监督效率，能减少、防止和杜绝质量、安全事故的发生。

【Abstract】Traffic engineering construction project has the characteristics of its complex engineering site supervision and management of construction site safety consciousness is not strong， the major production responsibility consciousness， on-site supervision means weakening， increasing effective control difficulty problem， to some extent， restricted the site management. Using video monitoring system in the engineering construction site monitoring， management and application can intuitively real-time site construction of project management， to promote and improve the quality of the project construction site and environmental health， safety and civilized construction management， based on the project construction site monitor key links and joints， improve the efficiency of supervision， can reduce， prevent and put an end to quality， safety accidents.

交通工程建设项目本身就具有其复杂的特性，近年来随着大型、特大型工程建设项目的不断出现，建设施工现场日趋更加复杂，同时施工、联合施工，现场作业面愈来愈大，作业人员也越来越多，给施工现场的调度、安全、质量管理带来严峻的挑战。进一步加强施工现场管理，合理安排工程进度、控制事故发生频率、确保施工质量，成为施工企业面临的新课题。利用现代互联网技术，将视频监控系统嵌入到施工现场实行实时管理，是加强施工现场管理较为有效的管理手段。

1. 目前交通建设工程施工现场监督管理瓶颈

随着我国经济社会的快速发展，社会公共管理不断加强对交通基础设施的投入，新建、改建、扩建等交通建设工程不断列入建设计划。交通工程具有多专业、多工种、材料设备多品种等特点。……
