摘要：基于文献研究与实际调研，建立了包含联盟管理、联盟能力、关系质量和联盟绩效之间关系的结构方程模型，并用179个有效样本数据对模型进行了实证检验。结果发现：产学研联盟管理、联盟能力、关系质量与联盟绩效呈显著正相关，联盟能力和关系质量不仅直接影响联盟绩效，而且在联盟管理影响联盟绩效过程中起了中介作用，但联盟管理与关系质量的相关性不显著。

Abstract：Based on the review of literature and survey， this paper constructs a structural equation model （SEM） considering the alliance management， alliance management capability， relational quality and performance of productioneducationresearch Strategic Alliance in the model together. Using 179 effective sample data to test the theoretical model， the results show that alliance management， alliance management capability and relational quality are critical factors to alliance performance， which the alliance management capability and relational quality not only show direct influence on alliance performance， but also are mediators between alliance management and alliance performance. However， the relationship between alliance management and relational quality is not significant.

引言

产学研联盟因其重要的现实意义，因而受到社会各界普遍关注[1]。但在具体实施过程中失败率高达70%，且联盟绩效较差，因此，产学研联盟绩效提升成为理论研究和实际运作面临的迫切问题[2]。

现有研究涉及到影响产学研联盟绩效的主要因素有资源依赖、关系信任、合作机制、社会资本和组织学习等[3]，这些因素对于提升产学研联盟绩效具有积极作用，但产学研联盟管理对于联盟绩效提升的相关研究鲜见报道。黄俊等研究战略联盟管理时指出，迄今为止对于联盟管理与联盟绩效之间的关系还缺乏一个系统的认识，未来应将研究重点转向联盟管理[4]。实地调研发现，成功的产学研联盟表现出明显的特点之一是在产学研联盟管理体制和机制上做了有益尝试，即成立了专门管理机构，履行管理职能。所以，探索联盟管理与联盟绩效关系成为新的研究热点。周杰等在梳理国外30篇研究联盟能力的文献基础上指出，联盟管理是联盟成功的重要因素之一，但是现有研究没有详细讨论联盟管理影响联盟绩效的机理[5]。……
