【摘要】随着人们生活条件不断提高，大家对室内环境中污染物的认知越来越多，对污染物的危害也越来越了解，所以在民用工程验收或住宅装修入住前，要进行室内环境检测，看室内污染物浓度是否超标。在我市，要求将室内环境检测结果符合国家标准要求作为民用建筑工程最后验收的必备条件。在室内环境检测中，现场采样过程是其最主要的组成部分之一。

【Abstract】As people's living conditions continue to improve， we awareness of indoor pollutants in the environment， more and more pollutants become more aware of the harm， so before acceptance or civil engineering residential renovation occupancy， to the indoor environment testing to see whether the excessive concentration of indoor pollutants. In the city， requires the indoor environment testing results meet the national standard civil engineering as a prerequisite for final acceptance. In the indoor environment testing， the field sampling process is one of its main components.

1. 引言

随着我国城市化的快速推进及经济的快速发展，民用建筑工程建设的步伐也越来越快，对工程结束验收也逐步严格起来。在验收或装修入住前，应请有资质的专业检测机构进行室内环境检测，以确定室内环境是否符合标准规范要求，是否需要进行一定的处理工作。在室内环境检测工作中，现场采样过程尤为重要，现场采样前需要一定的准备工作，再根据污染物的不同类型进行样品采集，下面对整个采样过程及过程中的注意事项进行简述。

2. 采样前的准备工作

2.1检测点数的确定。

在于委托方签订检测合同前，委托方应提供图纸，确定房间总数，根据标准确定检测点数。国家标准规定检测点抽检数量不得少于房间总自然间数的5% ，并不得少于3间；房间总数少于3间时，应全数检测。民用建筑工程验收时，凡进行了样板间室内环境污染物浓度检测且检测结果合格的，抽检数量减半，并不得少于3间。房间的测点，应根据房间的面积，抽取相应的数量（具体数量参照标准）。……
