【摘要】档案管理人员的职业道德，就是指档案管理人员在从事档案行政、档案保管和档案服务等职能活动时，应当遵守的基本行为准则，它是档案管理人员在长期的档案活动中逐步形成和总结出来的，旨在调整档案管理人员与社会之间、档案管理人员个人之间、个人与集体之间关系的行为规范总和。档案管理人员职业道德，是社会所要求的共同职业道德在档案管理职业中的具体化，它是社会主义职业道德的一个重要方面，是档案管理人员在档案职业活动中社会关系的反映。

高职院校档案应该遵循真实可信的原则，它必须真实的记录高职院校办学宗旨、任务和未来发展方向。作为管理和教研信息资源记录的高职院校档案，对于高职院校的建设和未来发展起着重要的借鉴和导向作用。在高职院校档案管理的各项工作中，档案管理人员都将参与其中并扮演着重要的角色。

1. 有利于激发髙校档案管理人员的职业责任心

高职院校档案管理人员职业责任心指的是从事高等教育事业的档案管理人员对自己所承担的档案管理责任的认知和感觉，它是高职院校档案管理人员被赋予责任之后，内化于高职院校档案管理人员的一种心理状态，正是这种心理状态激励着高职院校档案管理人员忠于职守、勤奋工作，甚至是精益求精。高职院校档案具有历史凭证、工作查考、经验总结、科学研究、辅助决策、积累知识和开发信息等作用，不仅是高职院校的财富，也是国家和人民的宝贵财富。……
