事务语体特征探析

［摘要］事务语体是现代汉语语体的一个分类，它在社会生活中有着非常高的使用频率，扮演着极其重要的角色。对事务语体的特征进行探析，有助于更好地全面认识和把握事务语体，能够做到在事务交际中更好地组织和运用民族语言，实现各项事务性活动顺利、高效地完成。本文立足语体理论，在前贤们研究的基础上对事务语体进行认识和界说，进而着重探析事务语体在其特定语境类型下表现出来的使用语言材料的特征。

The Discussion and Analysis on Language Characteristics of Transaction Style

［Abstract］Transaction style is a classification of modern Chinese style, which is frequently used in life and plays a very important role in social life. The discussion and analysis on language characteristics of transaction style are helpful for grasping and understanding the language style, and is beneficial to organizing and using the national language in the Transactional communication, achieving the smooth and efficient implementation of the Transactional activities. Based on stylistic theory, this paper defines the transaction style based on the predecessors’research, and then focuses on the analysis of language style displayed in its specific context.

一、事务语体界说及分类

事务语体是现代汉语语体的一个分类。事务语体是运用于事务交际领域的语言功能变体，其语境类型主要是国家机关、社会团体、企事业单位乃至个人之间的事务性交往场合，其表现形式为事务性文书材料或事务性文档。这种语体直接与现实生活、工作要求紧密联系，反映了人们在社会生活及生产过程中的各种联系。它在社会生活中起着联系、传达、沟通、协调等作用，实现了社会生活各个领域的和谐、有序与统一。事务语体在研究界有公文语体、公文事务语体、应用语体的不同称呼。然而，根据该语体所涉领域和范围，我们认为将其称为公文语体或公文事务语体有缩小其领域和范围之嫌，不能概括其全貌，因此，将其称为事务语体较之恰当。张弓先生在表述该语体时，虽以“公文语体”称之，但他这样说道：“我们不应该拘泥于‘公文’这个名词的辞面意义，而认为这类语体是限于政府机关应用的文件。……
