新型城镇化背景下驻马店市中心城区交通特性及发展策略探讨

【摘要】随着城市经济的发展和城市人口的增加，城市规模不断扩大，使得城市交通越来越复杂，矛盾越来越尖锐。城市交通成为城市能否可持续发展的重要因素之一。在以人为本的新型城镇化背景下，以驻马店市为例研究我国中小城市中心城区的交通特性及发展策略。

Abstract：With the development of urban economy and the increase of urban population, the city scale expands unceasingly, which has makd the urban traffic more and more complicated, contradiction more and more acute. Urban transportation has become one of the important factors responsible for the sustainable development. Downtown traffic characteristics and the city development strategy are researched under the background of the people-orienter new urbanization, take ZhuMaDian city for example.

1、新型城镇化的涵义

新型城镇化，是在经济新常态下，城市化进程中城市发展的必由之路。新型城镇化强调城与乡的协调发展，重视人在城镇化建设过程中的作用，其基本理念是以人为本、四化同步、优化布局、生态文明、文化传承。其“新”是指由以往过于追求城市扩容的粗放型发展，改变为以城市公共服务设施建设和城市文化建设为导向，使城镇具有较高品质，真正成为宜居之所。

2、城市交通规划与新型城镇化的关系

城市的交通状况在很大程度上决定着城市人的生活质量，城市的交通规划是否科学事关城市能否健康发展的关键。

解决我国目前的城市道路交通问题，建立健全综合交通运输系统，进而获得最佳的交通运输效益，这些都离不开一个合理的交通规划。同时，交通规划也能更好地促进城市的交通科学化和现代化管理，以利于充分利用现存的道路交通设施。……
