摘 要：食品生物技术是研究生物技术在食品领域应用的一门学科，课程理论知识多，传统教学课堂枯燥乏味，而新的教学方式——“微课”的诞生对于提升这门课的教学效果具有良好的促进作用。这种新式课堂是个性学习、在线学习、碎片化学习的综合体，在国际广受关注，并取得了巨大成功。该文浅谈了微课的定义及特点、制作步骤，并重点举例《食品生物技术》中的重要专题“转基因食品”，以此作为微课设计对象；阐述了《食品生物技术》的教学现状及教学组织特点，提出微课教学方式在“转基因食品”中的设计原则、设计思路以及设计要点，为高等教育理论课《食品生物技术》的教学改革提供参考。

Application of Micro-lecture on Higher Education Theory Course of Food Biotechnology

Abstract：As a main course in food application field， the theory course of Food Biotechnology is mainly about the application of biotechnology in the food research field.Due to the boring characteristics of traditional teaching method， new teaching ways are develped to meet the requirement of the theory teaching of Food Biotechnology.With the advantages of personalized learning and online learning，micro-lecture play a good role in provoking the interest of students and promoting the teaching effect.This new teaching method has attracted world-wide attention and achieved great success.This paper discussed the definition and characteristics of micro lecture， and the topics of "Genetically Modified Food” in the course of food biotechnology was choose as an example to illustrate the principle， idea and key points of micro lecture design， which could provide a new way for the teaching reform of the course of “Food Biotechnology”.

食品生物技术（Food Biotechnology）是研究生物技术在食品领域应用的一门学科，基础理论较多，抽象概念难以理解，传统的教师课堂讲授的教学方式导致课堂较为枯燥，学生学习兴趣不高，无法达到预定的教学效果。随着微时代的到来，一种丰富有趣、微小精悍的新型教学方式——微课应运而生。这种课堂注重培养学生的学习习惯，并且根据学生的个性特点，分析学生的各种行为习惯和学习习惯，提出針对性的解决方案，让学生逐步养成良好的学习习惯，对于教育教学非常有帮助[1]。

本文浅谈了微课的定义、特点及制作步骤，并重点举例说明了其在食品生物技术理论教学中的应用，证实其在食品领域教育教学中的重要作用，体现食品学科的特点和发展方向。……
