【摘要】 目的 研究胆结石患者全方位护理的应用效果。方法 60例胆结石患者， 根据不同护理措施分为观察组和对照组， 各30例。观察组给予全方位护理措施， 对照组给予常规护理措施。对比两组临床效果。结果 观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和护理质量总评分分别为（40.1±1.6）min、（35.1±3.1） ml、（6.3±1.1）d、（89.2±2.7）分明显优于对照组的（51.2±1.9）min、（51.4±3.2）ml、（9.7±2.0）d、（73.6± 3.9）分， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 全方位护理措施能有效改善胆结石患者临床症状， 值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To research application effect by comprehensive nursing for patients with gallstone. Methods A total of 60 patients with gallstone were divided by different nursing measures into observation group and control group， with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received comprehensive nursing measures， and the control group received conventional nursing measures. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had much better operation time， intraoperative bleeding volume， hospital stay time and nursing quality score as （40.1±1.6） min， （35.1±3.1） ml， （6.3±1.1） d， （89.2±2.7） points than （51.2±1.9） min、（51.4±3.2） ml、（9.7±2.0） d、（73.6±3.9） points of the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Implement of comprehensive nursing measures can effectively improve clinical symptoms of gallstone， and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

胆结石为一种临床常见疾病， 并逐渐呈上升趋势， 发病年龄逐渐年轻化， 给患者健康和正常生活带来严重影响。手术在治疗该疾病临床上具有一定效果， 术后患者极易出现并发症。因此， 在对患者治疗时， 应通过相应护理措施进行护理， 稳定患者不良情绪， 提高手术治疗效果[1]。现对胆结石患者全方位护理的应用效果展开研究分析， 报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选取本院2013年1月～2015年2月收治的60例胆结石患者， 根据不同护理措施分为观察组和对照组， 各30例。观察组男17例、女13例；年龄最大62岁、最小21岁， 平均年龄（41.6±7.8）岁；对照组男18例、女12例；年龄最大63岁、最小20岁， 平均年龄（42.0±7.1）岁。两组患者一般资料比较， 差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）， 可进行对比。

1. 2. 1 对照组 给予常规护理措施， 患者实施手术治疗前后， 护理人员给予患者用药护理， 同时监测患者生命体征， 并对患者实施口头教育。

1. 2. 2 观察组 给予全方位护理措施， 即在常规护理措施基础上加以术前护理和术后护理， 具体如下：①术前护理， 在患者实施手术治疗前， 护理人员严格按照主治医生要求协助患者做好心电图和胸透等常规检查， 充分掌握患者身体健康状况。……
