目的：探讨高龄前列腺增生症患者行经尿道前列腺电切术围手术期护理要点。方法：对行经尿道前列腺电切术的89例高龄前列腺增生症患者进行术前护理，术后严密观察，做好并发症相关护理及出院康复指导。结果：89例患者术后出现短期出血2例，膀胱痉挛2例，暂时性尿失禁5例，无护理并发症，经对应处理均痊愈出院。结论：做好高龄前列腺增生症患者围手术期的护理干预是减轻患者痛苦、降低并发症、提高手术成功率的重要措施。

Abstract：［Objective］To investigate the perioperative nursing points of transurethral resection of prostate in elderly patientswith benign prostatic hyperplasia.［Method］89 cases of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by transurethral resection of prostate.Patientswere observed before and after operation，and complications related nursing and rehabilitation guidancewere performed.［Result］89 cases of patientsw ith short－term bleeding occurred in 2 cases，bladder spasm in 2 cases，temporary urinary incontinence in 5 cases，no nursing complications，and they were cured by the corresponding treatment.［Conclusion］It is an importantmeasure to reduce the pain of patients，lower the complications，and improve the success rate of surgery for the elderly patientswith benign prostatic hyperplasia.

前列腺增生症（Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia，BPH）是老年男性常见疾病之一［1］。经尿道前列腺电切术（Trans Urethral Resection Prostate，TURP）在目前BPH治疗中应用广泛，具有无需开刀，创伤小、出血少、恢复快等优点。随着老龄化社会的到来，BPH逐渐增多，由于高龄患者各脏器功能明显衰退，且常伴随多系统疾病，手术治疗风险大，护理的复杂性和难度提高。如何保证患者手术顺利，降低术后并发症，围手术期护理至关重要。现将我院2013年1月至2015年6月的89例高龄BPH患者的围手术期护理总结如下。
