超声心动图在诊断慢性心力衰竭时的临床价值研究

目的 探析超声心动图在诊断慢性心力衰竭时的临床价值。方法 选取2015年6月～2016年4月我院收治的35例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究组，选取同期35例健康者为对照组，均给予超声心动图检查，测量比较两组患者的左心射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVDd）、冠状动脉左前降支内径（LADd）。结果 研究组患者的LVEF低于对照组，LVDd、LADd高于对照组，组间比较差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在慢性心力衰竭诊断中，超声心动图检查可作为参考依据，临床应用价值高。

【Abstract】

Objective To study the clinical value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure. Methods In our hospital from June 2015 to April 2016 of 35 cases of chronic heart failure patients as study group，select the same period of 35 cases of healthy persons as the reference group，they were treated with echocardiography，two groups of the left heart shot ejection fraction（LVEF），left ventricular diastolic end diameter（LVDD），coronary artery to the left anterior descending branch diameter（LADd）were measured and compared. Results The study group of patients with LVEF was significantly lower than the reference group，LADd，LVDd was significantly higher than the reference group，there were significant differences between the groups（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Echocardiography can be used as a reference in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure，and the clinical value is very high.

慢性心力衰竭是一种比较常见的临床心血管疾病［1］，多由内分泌疾病、冠状动脉粥样硬化、高血压等发展而来，多见于老年群体［2］。在心脏疾病诊断中，彩超具有无创优势，可以对心脏结构、波动、血液流动等进行清晰显示，直观了解心脏结构变化，临床应用价值高［3］。本文通过对比慢性心力衰竭患者与健康者的超声心动图检查指标，了解超声心动图的临床应用价值，现总结报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2015年6月～2016年4月我院收治的35例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究组，选取同期35例健康者为对照组。观察组中，女患者15例，男患者20例；年龄在44～84岁，平均为（66.1±5.7）岁。对照组中，女患者12例，男患者23例；年龄在46～83岁，平均为（66.0±5.5）岁。通过对两组患者上述资料的统计分析可知，比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有对比价值。

1.2方法

采用心脏彩色多普勒超声仪进行检查，探头频率定为2.0～4.0 MHz。……
