康复单元护理管理模式

近年来，我国一些常见的慢性疾病发病率不断上升，诸如高血压、高血脂、糖尿病等，这些疾病均属于脑卒中的高危因素，而脑卒中较高的致残率、死亡率。患者在抢救成功后康复期间所需时间较多，而且在护理中对于专业知识的要求较多，在这种情况下，常规的护理模式效果不明显，而卒中单元护理模式为其提供了新的护理模式。该文主要探讨的是康复单元护理管理模式，全文在具体的论述中首先对康复单元护理管理模式进行概述，其次分析了康复单元护理管理的前期准备工作，最后重点分析了康复单元护理管理主要措施方法。

［Abstract］In recent years，the incidence rate of some common chronic diseases in our country has continuously increased，such as hypertension，hyperlipoidemia and diabetes，and all belong to the high-risk factors of stroke，causing a higher disability rate and death rate，after rescue，the rehabilitation time of patients is more，but the requirement for professional knowledge in nursing is more，in this case，the effect of routine nursing model is not obvious，but the stroke unit nursing model provides a new nursing model for it.The paper mainly studies the rehabilitation unit nursing management model，firstly elaborates the summary of rehabilitation unit nursing management model，secondly analyzes the first-phase preparations of rehabilitation unit nursing management model，and finally makes a key analysis of main measures and methods of rehabilitation unit nursing management and makes a summary of the full text.

近年来，随着患者数量的增加以及“临床路径”推广，要求医院内患者康复住院时间不超过10 d。对于病情较轻的患者可以保证患者后期的康复，但是对于脑卒中患者，由于其病情复杂，病情变化较快，而且大部分患者在抢救成功后伴随有一定的功能障碍，在这科情况下，就需要针对脑卒中患者设置卒中单元，采用新的护理管理模式。该文结合该院接收的98例脑卒中患者，脑卒中为心脑血管疾病中常见重症，为脑血管出血或栓塞所致血液循环障碍性疾病，对正常脑组织血供造成影响，临床上表现为神经功能障碍性体征和症状。……
