放疗科护理管理SWOT分析

由于放射治疗科患者病种复杂、治疗方式特殊，对护理队伍要求较高；因此放疗科护理管理工作一直以来是该科护理队伍建设和科室管理的重点。虽然优质护理服务的开展，在很大程度上缓解了患者需求与护理现状的矛盾，但仍然存在诸多问题，护患纠纷时有发生。对此，该文将借助SWOT分析法对放疗科护理管理工作中存在的问题和科室发展现状进行客观分析，提出本科室护理管理工作中的优势、劣势、威胁、机遇等因素，充分利用专业优势和技术优势，尽量规避危险和威胁因素，借助发展机遇，努力提升服务质量，进一步提高放疗科护理质量和管理水平，为患者营造一个安全、舒适的治疗环境。

［Abstract］The nursing management work in the department of radiology is always the key point of nursing team construction and department management due to the complex disease types of patients，special treatment method and higher requirement for nursing team，although the development of quality nursing service relieves the patient's needs and contraction of nursing status to a large degree，there are still many issues，and the patient-nurse disputes often occur，therefore，the paper will make an objective analysis of issues and department development status existing in the nursing management work in the department of radiology by using the SWOT analysis method，introduces the advantages，disadvantages，threatens and opportunities in the nursing management work in our department，fully exploit the professional advantages and technical advantages，try to avoid dangers and threaten factors，struggle to improve the service quality by using the development opportunities，further improve the nursing quality and management level in the department of radiology and creates a safe and comfortable treatment environment for patients.

护理管理是指为了提高患者健康水平，系统地利用护士的潜在能力和其他工作人员的主观能动性，全方位的优化设备、环境和社会活动的过程；以提高整体护理质量为主要目标。护理管理是医院管理的重要组成部分，是衡量一个科室全体人员团体协作能力，科室管理能力的标志，也是一个医院管理水平的缩影。SWOT分析法是20世纪80年代，由旧金山大学管理学教授提出的一种新型分析法，是战略管理的重要分析方法，能够全面、客观、系统、准确地分析和研究一个团体的实际情况，根据研究结果制定相应的计划和应对措施，达到消除隐患，促进发展的目的［1］。……
