医院体检科慢性病健康管理存在的主要问题及应对策略探析

基层医院体检科在加强慢性病管理方面应当遵循及早发现与控制、采取家庭医生或者护士责任制的原则。当前医院体检科中对于慢性病管理存在的主要问题是体检科在慢性病档案管理上十分混乱、不重视慢性病患者的健康教育和体检科医务人员对慢性病管理缺乏积极性。医院体检科加强健康教育管理的主要途径是监测患者的健康行为、对体检科内部的主要工作人员进行系统化的业务培训、定期召开慢性病健康教育例会，将类似患者作为重点干预对象和教育对象，进行有针对性的干预，每月都要聘请专家学者为慢性病患者讲授相关专业知识，以提高健康教育的效果。

［Abstract］The chronic disease is more than just the hospital treatment，but also focuses on management and intervention，and the health education is of extremely great practical significance to the patients with chronic disease，the department of physical examination in the primary hospital should follow the early discovery and control and adopting the family doctors and nurses responsibility principles，currently，the main issues existing in the department of physical examination in the hospital were chronic disease file management disorder，lack of attention to the health education of patients with chronic disease and lack of enthusiasm of chronic disease management of medical staff，and the main ways of enhancing health education management by hospitals are monitoring the patient's health behavior，carrying out the systematical business training for major work staff in the department of physical examination，regularly holding the chronic disease health education meetings，taking the similar patients as the key intervention and education objects，and conducting targeted intervention and employing the specialists and scholars to teach the related professional knowledge for patients with chronic disease per month in order to improve the health education effect.

随着经济社会的发展和人们生活方式的转变以及人口老龄化的影响，我国居民慢性病患病率不断增加，呈现出高患病率、低治愈率的态势，严重影响了患者生活质量。慢性病不能仅仅依赖于医院治疗，更要注重管理和干预［1］。转变医学模式，充分发挥健康教育服务的优势，对增强人们预防疾病和自我保健的意识、改善慢性病患者的健康状况有关键作用。所谓慢性疾病不仅包括龋齿、牙周炎等慢性牙病、及各不同类别的传染性慢性疾病，还包括慢性肾……
