眼视光技术专业的学习目的就是为了保护人的眼视觉健康，主要学习眼科、视光学和视觉服务等方面的内容，为了实现眼的健康，人才培养目标是培养拥有较高的眼保健技术和专业验光配镜技能眼视光技术人员。只有准确定位自身发展才能做好及时创新人才培养模式，引进有效课程体系。在实际学习过程中，要掌握当地经济发展情况、产业发展情况、行业需求等内容，才能制订明确的眼视光技术专业人才培养标准，使学校、行业、企业三者实现有效联合。在明确眼视光技术专业人才培养方案过程中，要做到准确定位，实现就业，要求做到职业性、应用性与针对性，主要为了培养人员的职业岗位能力，在实际教学中掌握职业资格标准，并建立实训基地。

［Abstract］The study aim of the optometry technology major is to protect the eye vision health of people，we mainly study the contents of ophthalmology，visual optics and vision service in order to realize the eye health，and the aim of professional training is to own the optometry technology professionals with higher eye healthcare technology and optometry professional skills，only when the self-development is accurately positioned can the professional training mode be innovated in time and the course system be effectively introduced，in the practical study course，we should master the local economic development，industrial development and industry needs，only in these ways can the specific optometry technology professional training standards be made，and the school，industry and enterprise can be effectively united，and in the course of defining the optometry technology professional training program，we should do a good job in accurate positioning and realization of the occupational，application and targeted employment，thus mainly training the vocational position abilities of staff，and we should also master the vocational qualification standards and establish the training base in the practical teaching.

当前，我国眼镜行业得到了前所未有的发展机会，但同时也对其工作人员提出了更高的要求。在传统眼科知识学习过程中，过于强调知识的系统传授，不能将学习与工作放在明显的地位，不能为企业发展培养高素质人才。面对市场需求，以学习规律为依据，开发应用型眼视光技术人才，是摆在眼视光技术领域的一个重要课题。
