党的十八大以来，盐城市一院根据中央党要管党、从严治党的要求，坚持以科学发展观为指导，加强党风廉政行风建设，扎实开展理想信念和宗旨教育、党风党纪和廉洁自律教育，健全完善责任体系，认真落实党委主体责任和纪委监督责任，营造了讲廉政、讲操守、讲品行的浓厚氛围。以行风建设为龙头，坚持以患者为中心，扎实开展以“服务好、质量好、医德好、群众满意”为目标的“三好一满意”活动，加强医院诚信体系建设，不断优化服务流程，提高服务水平，改善医疗服务，努力改善人民群众的就医感受，建设人民满意医院。

［Abstract］The first people's hospital of Yancheng has adhered to the guidance of scientific development concept，enhanced the construction of party style and clean government，solidly carried out the ideal and belief and aim education，party style and party discipline and clean-fingered and self-discipline education，improve the responsibility system，carefully implement the main party committee body responsibility and discipline inspection commission supervision，and created a strong atmosphere of talking about clean government，personal integrity and conduct according to the requirement of party governed by party and strengthening party self-discipline of the central government since the 18th national congress of the Chinese communist party，and we should take the industrial quality construction as a bibcock and adhere to the patientoriented，solidly carry out the"san hao yi man yi"project aiming at the“good service，good quality，good medical ethics，masses satisfaction”，enhance the construction of hospital honesty system，constantly optimize the service process，improve the service level and medical service，and make an effort to improve the people's medical treatment feel and construct a satisfactory hospital.

盐城市一院是一所富有光荣革命传统的医院，创建于1948年，经过六十多年的发展，从一所“一肩挑”战地医院发展成一所集医疗、教学、科研、康复、急救为一体的本市唯一的三级甲等综合性医院。党的十八大以来，市一院根据中央党要管党、从严治党的要求，坚持以科学发展观为指导，加强党风廉政建设和行风建设，切实改善医疗服务，为医院的健康发展、科学发展提供了坚强的政治保证。党风建设，是指端正党组织和党员的思想作风、工作作风和生活作风，学习作风。党的作风关系到党的性质，关系到人心的向背，影响着社会风气，决定着党的命运，关系到社会主义现代化建设的成败，党风建设是党的建设的一个十分重要的问题。……
