神经外科专科护士核心能力培养及意义

神经外科危重患者比较多，护士长需要认识到护理人员核心能力的重要性，在日常工作中，关注和培养科室护理人员的核心能力。我科注重培养专科护士的核心能力，根据护士资质不同进行针对性培养。一方面，加强思想道德教育，激发护士的学习热情，培养护士的敬业精神；另一方面，有针对性地开展继续教育，提高护士的理论水平和实际操作能力。加强神经外科专科护士核心能力的培养，可以显著提高护士的工作积极性，明显提高护理效率，有利于改善护理工作的质量，减少医患纠纷。

［Abstract］The critically ill patients in the department of neurosurgery are more，and the head nurses need to recognize the importance of core competence of nursing staff and pay attention to and culture the core competence of nursing staff in daily work，our department pays attention to culturing the core competence of professional nurses and provides targeted education for nurses according to different qualifications，on the one hand，we should enhance the moral education，motivate the learning enthusiasm of nurses and culture the professional dedication of nurses，on the other hand，we should pointedly carry out the continuing education，improve the nurse's theoretical level and practical operation ability，enhance the education of core competence of professional nurses in the department of neurosurgery，which can obviously improve the nurse's work enthusiasm，obviously improve the nursing efficacy，contribute to improving the quality of nursing work and reduce the doctor-patient disputes.

神经外科危重患者多，护士长必须关注护理人员的工作核心能力，并逐渐意识到培养护理人员核心能力的重要性，使核心能力理论受到关注，因此，专科护士核心能力的培养在当今甚为重要。培养一名优秀的护理工作者，需要工作后的多角度全面锻炼及正确引导，根据神经外科专科护理的发展和专科护理岗位的需要，开展对专科护士的护理培训，要求被动学习向主动学习转变，有利于提高专业素质综合能力，自我效能，突出护理专业的特点，更有效地推动神经外科护理专业向前发展。
