放射防护与安全教育培训观察

目的 对放射防护与安全教育培训进行观察。方法 对放射防护进行简单的概述，并对放射防护以及安全培训人员进行分类，我国放射防护安全培训过程中存在培训教育效率较低、培训教育面狭窄等问题，并对放射防护安全教育培训的职责和目的展开分析，提出相应的培训措施，从根本上提升我国放射防护以及安全教育培训工作水平。结果 放射防护与安全教育之间存在着密切联系，做好放射防护与安全教育能够有效减少放射事故的发生率。结论放射防护相关部门应切实加强安全教育培训，提高放射防护水平的同时，充分提高放射工作人员的生命质量，制定针对性的培训计划，促进安全培训效果最大化。

Observation on Radiation Protection and Safety Education Training

［Abstract］Objective To observe the radiation protection and safety education training.Methods The radiation protection was easily summarized，the radiation protection and safety training staff were classified，the issues including lower training education efficacy and narrow training education aspects in the radiation protection safety training process，the duties and purpose of radiation protection safety education training were analyzed，and the corresponding training measures were put forwards thus fundamentally improving the radiation protection and safety education training work level in China.Results Radiation protection has a close correlation with the safety education，and doing a good job in radiation protection and safety education can effectively reduce the incidence rate of radiation events.Conclusion The radiation protection relevant department should practically enhance the safety education training，improve the radiation protection level，fully improve the quality of life of radiation work staff，make the targeted training plan and promote the maximized safety training effect.

科学技术的进步和发展，使放射性物质方面的技术被广泛应用，由于放射性物质带来的放射照射严重危害了相关工作人员的生命健康，使得放射防护与安全教育成为了人们关注的重点内容，也逐渐成为了我国对放射工作人员健康管理当中的重要组成部分。
