临床护理管理中的风险管理分析

风险管理主要通过护理管理风险分析，采取防范措施，将发生医疗风险几率降到最低，具有系统性及组织性特点。建立健全管理体系，在管理要求下，认真识别潜在及存在风险，并予以评价处理，将医疗风险导致的经济及其他损失降到最低。在临床护理管理中，应用风险管理，有利于护理管理水平提高，从而提高临床护理的质量，预防护理纠纷。此文分析护理管理风险因素，研究风险管理具体运用。

［Abstract］Risk management minimizes the medical risk probability by analyzing the risk nursing and adopting the prevention measures with the features of systematicness and organization.We should establish and improve the management system，carefully recognize the potential and existing risks in the requirement of management and evaluate them thus minimizing the economy and other losses caused by medical risk，in clinical nursing management，the application of risk management is conducive to improving the nursing management level thus improving the clinical nursing quality and predicting the nursing disputes，The paper analyzes the nursing management risk factors and researches the specific application of risk management.

风险管理为护理服务及质量的根本保障。医院环境、人员素质及管理体系等均直接影响护理质量，若任何环节出现问题，引起纠纷，将会加大医院及护士法律和经济风险，危及患者健康。护理管理时，应全程、全面、针对性开展风险管理。

1　护理管理风险因素

1.1护理行为

护理活动的对象为患者，并非健康人，看似简单，实则危险性较大，具有特殊性。例如，部分患者体质差，给予静脉穿刺时，找穿刺点较困难，时间略长，而家属或患者认为是人员技术差，故意耽误时间，导致病情延误，引起纠纷［1］。部分药物应用后可引起血管反应，家属或患者了解不足，认为为穿刺技术或护理技能差导致，引起纠纷。

1.2护士水平

部分护士责任性不强，专业技能较差，在工作中违规操作，不重视自我能力及素质提高，存在潜在风险。……
