风险管理在护理管理中的运用分析

目的 对风险管理应用于护理管理中的临床效果进行分析研究。方法 选取于2014年6月—2016年4月期间在该院接受治疗的患者212例，并随机分为参照组和实验组各106例，对分别应用常规护理管理和风险护理管理的效果进行对照研究。结果 实验组患者的护理总满意度均明显高于参照组［92.45%VS 74.53%］，护理人员的基础护理、护理文书书写、护理技术操作以及消毒隔离的合格率均明显高于参照组，护理差错发生率、违规操作率、护患纠纷率均明显低于参照组，组间差异经t检验，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 风险管理应用于护理管理中的临床效果十分理想。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze and research the clinical effect of risk management in the nursing management.Methods 212 cases of patients treated in our hospital from June 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 106 cases in each，the control group adopted routine nursing management，the experimental group adopted risk nursing management，and the effect of the two groups was compared and researched.Results The total nursing satisfactory degree in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group（92.45%vs 74.53%），and the qualified rates of basic nursing，nursing paper writing，nursing technical operation and disinfection isolation in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group，and the incidence rate of nursing errors，illegal operation rate and nursing dispute rate were obviously lower than those in the control group，and the differences between groups had statistical significance after t test，P＜0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of risk management in the nursing management is very ideal.

在医院管理中护理管理属于一个至关重要的组成部分，随着社会、经济、医疗的高速发展，护理卫生事业也得到了快速的发展，人们对于护理质量也提出了更高的要求，但是目前医疗风险事件还层出不穷，需要采取针对性的措施加以管理［1］。该院将风险管理应用于患者中，效果满意，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取于2014年6月—2016年4月期间在该院接受治疗的患者212例，按随机原则将上述患者根据病历号末位号的奇偶数1∶1随机分为参照组和实验组，偶数为参照组106例，奇数为实验组106例。……
