从战略性角度论医院行风建设

医院行风不仅关系到医院的形象与生存，也切实关系到百姓的自身利益。高度重视并加强医院行风建设，提高医务人员人文素质，构建良好行医风气，对于推进医院长足发展，促进和谐医患关系的构建具有重要意义。现阶段，我国社会主义物质文明建设和精神文明发展正处于关键时期，医疗行业的现代化服务和廉政建设也应顺应局势，争创高标准。鉴于此，文章对当前我国医院行风建设中存在的问题进行剖析，并从道德层面和管理角度出发，对医院行风建设的加强提出战略性策略，为行业整治提供借鉴和参考。

［Abstract］The hospital medical moral not only concerns the image and existence of the hospital，also practically concerns the people's own benefits，highly emphasizing the enhancing the hospital moral construction，improving the humanistic quality of medical staff and constructing a good medical treatment atmosphere are vital to promoting the long-term development of the hospital and promoting the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.At present，the construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization are at a critical stage，and the modern service and construction of a clean and honest administration in medical industry should also conform to the situation and create a high-standard.Based on the above，the paper analyzes the existing issues in the medical moral construction in China at present，and puts forwards the strategic countermeasures of medical moral construction from the angel of morality and management，which provides reference for the industry regulation.

行风是一个行业的风气，是指某一部门和行业形成的一种较普遍的做法和倾向，具有一种整体性特征，因此，医院行风建设不仅关系着医疗卫生行业的整体形象，也与医院自身的生存发展休戚相关。该院自创办以来，在市委、市政府的关怀和领导下，积极为保障人民群众身体健康努力奋斗。为响应最新卫生工作建设号召，该院本着标本兼治、纠建并举的原则，进一步深化了行风建设工作，以落实科学发展观，构建和谐医患关系，促进医院全面发展。

1　医院行风建设重要性

第一，行风建设作为医院管理工作重要内容体现了社会主义精神文明建设要求，是医疗机构医德医风建设的重要体现，适应社会需求，顺应社会发展。……
