中西医结合用药治疗颈椎病的临床护理体会

目的 总结中西医结合用药治疗颈椎病的临床护理体会。方法 选择2015年7月～2016年1月在我院进行治疗的40例颈椎病患者为研究对象，患者均采用中西医结合用药治疗，对患者进行综合护理干预，观察患者的疗效。结果 经过中西医结合用药治疗和综合护理干预，本组患者症状均得到改善，效果满意而出院。结论 中西医结合用药治疗结合综合护理可有效改善颈椎病患者临床症状。

【Abstract】

Objective To summarize the clinical nursing experience of treating cervical spondylosis with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods 40 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2016 were selected as study subjects. patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with drug therapy，for patients of comprehensive nursing intervention and were observed the curative effect. Results After the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention，the symptoms of this group were significantly improved，the effect was satisfied and discharged. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment combined with comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis patients.

颈椎病（颈椎综合征）是常见的骨科疾病［1］。患者主要表现为颈项部、肩背部疼痛，头晕、恶心等［2］。一旦发病，会危害患者的健康和生活质量。颈椎病的临床治疗以保守治疗方式为主，为确保治疗效果，需要配合以有效的护理对策［3］。本次研究以我院收治的40例颈椎病患者为研究对象，总结中西医结合用药治疗颈椎病的临床护理体会，现报道如下。

1　资料和方法

1.1一般资料

选择2015年7月～2016年1月在我院进行治疗的40例颈椎病患者为研究对象，入院时，询问患者病史，并对患者进行查体、X线、CT等检查以进行确诊，其中男性25例，女性15例，年龄40～75岁，平均（50.1±10.2）岁，病程6个月～7年，平均（3.6±0.8）年。

1.2方法

1.2.1治疗 用药原则为祛风散寒、活血化瘀、补益肝肾［4］。予以患者口服氯唑沙宗、美洛昔康等药物，同时静滴红花、丹参、七叶皂苷钠等注射液，在此基础上对患者进行颈部推拿、针灸，并采用TDP微波仪进行物理照射治疗。
