中医中药对主动脉夹层的治疗功效

目的 分析中医中药对主动脉夹层治疗的效果。方法 选取2015年1～12月我院接诊主动脉夹层患者44例，按就诊日期的先后顺序分两组。对照组有22例，治疗采用西医方法；研究组有22例，治疗采用中医救心散方法。比较两组治疗总有效率。结果 两组中研究组总有效率相对更高，研究组为95.45%，而对照组为72.73%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中医救心散治疗主动脉夹层效果较好，功效显著。

【Abstract】

Objective Traditional Chinese medicine effect in treatment of aortic dissection is to be analyzed. Methods From January to December 2015，chose 44 patients with aortic dissection who were treated in hospital and separated them into two groups according to their hospital-visitation sequence，22 patients in control group were given western medication treatment，while，22 patients in study group were given traditional Chinese medicine of Jiuxin powder，and then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients'treatment efficacy in study group was 95.45%，which was much higher than 72.73% in control group，there was an efficacy differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine of Juxin powder is quite effective in treatment of aortic dissection，thus，such an effective treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted clinically.

主动脉夹层病因在于严重的主动脉硬化加外伤，经外力打击或碰撞，主动脉内膜一二层破裂，形成血肿；患者腹胀，有呼气无吸气，有濒死感；每1～2 d发病1～2次，不能过多进食，进食过多也能引发症状，2～3 min不服用药物就没有抢救可能。中医中药治疗可根据病因病机辨证论治，具有确切功效［1］。此文选取2015年1～12月我院接诊主动脉夹层患者44例，对中医中药治疗功效作出分析，现回顾如下。

1资料和方法

1.1一般资料

选取2015年1～12月我院接诊主动脉夹层患者44例，按就诊日期的先后顺序分两组。对照组有22例，治疗采用西医方法，年龄38～86岁，平均（60.25±7.48）岁，女患者为9例，男患者为13例，合并症：6例动脉硬化，4例高血压，1例糖尿病，1例高脂血症。研究组有22例，治疗采用中医救心散方法，年龄38～87岁，平均（60.34±7.67）岁，女患者为8例，男患者为14例，合并症：7例动脉硬化，4例高血压，1例糖尿病，1例高脂血症。两组基线资料对比均衡，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。
