阿奇霉素在儿科临床中应用时的不良反应分析

目的 探析阿奇霉素在儿科临床应用中的不良反应。方法 选取本院2014年11月～2015年11月所收治的81例采用阿奇霉素治疗的患儿为本次研究对象，对其所出现的不良反应进行分析，并探讨其药学监护措施。结果 所有患儿中，不良反应以过敏反应、胃肠道反应、神经系统受损及静脉炎为主，尤以胃肠反应为主。结论 在儿科临床治疗中，阿奇霉素的使用极易引发各种类型的不良反应，医生应依据自身经验及阿奇霉素使用资料，加强用药的合理性，以确保该药在儿科治疗中的可靠性与安全性，从而减少不良反应的发生率。

【Abstract】

Objective To study the adverse reactions of azithromycin in pediatric clinical application. Methods 81 cases of children treated with azithromycin in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the study subjects. The adverse reactions were analyzed，and the pharmaceutical care measures were also discussed. Results Among all the patients，adverse reactions were mainly based on allergic reactions，gastrointestinal reactions，nervous system damage and phlebitis. Conclusion In the clinical of pediatric department，azithromycin easily triggered various types of adverse reactions，doctors should be based on their own experience and azithromycin and use the information，strengthen the medication rationality，in order to ensure the safety and reliability in the pediatric treatment，reducing the occurrence probability of adverse reactions.

阿奇霉素作为一种典型抗生素，多用于各类感染性疾病及炎症的治疗中，该药具有较好的耐受性，且具有较低的不良反应发生率，因此被广泛的应用于临床治疗中［1-2］。虽然该药不具有较强的毒副作用，但由于幼儿身体发育不够健全、抵抗能力较差，因此极易因用药不合理而出现诸多不良反应，不仅会对治疗带来负面影响，同时也会对患儿的身体健康造成一定影响［3-4］。文章特针对其不良反应进行分析，并制定相应药学监护措施。现将结果总结如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取本院2014年11月～2015年11月所收治的81例采用阿奇霉素治疗的患儿为本次研究对象。其中男43例，女38例，年龄1～10岁，平均年龄（5.4±3.1）岁，病程3～27 d，平均病程为（12.3±4.1）d，患儿疾病类型有皮肤软组织感染20例、泌尿系统感染17例、呼吸系统感染44例。……
