护理干预对三合汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果研究

【摘要】目的 研究中医护理干预对三合汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果。方法 研究年度2015年1～12月，对象取三合汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎56例，数字法分组。对照组施行常规护理，共28例；观察组施行中医护理干预，共28例。对比两组护理效果。结果 两组中观察组SDS和SAS改善优，满意度高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中医护理干预对三合汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎效果较佳。

Objective Nursing intervention effect on patients of chronic glomerulonephritis treated with Sanhe decoction is to be analyzed. Methods Chose 56 patients of chronic glomerulonephritis who were treated in hospital from January to December 2015 and separated them into two groups according to digits. 28 patients in control group were given conventional nursing. while，another 28 patients in study group were given traditional Chinese medication nursing，and then compared nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients' improvements of SDS and SAS in study group were much better than those in control group，and patients' nursing satisfaction rate in study group was much higher than that in control group，there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medication is effective for patients of chronic glomerulonephritis treated with Sanhe decoction.

慢性肾小球肾炎进展缓慢，危害严重，预后不佳，患者主要有高血压、肾功能减退、蛋白尿及血尿等，严重影响生活质量［1］。在中医学，此疾病为“尿血”“水肿”，病位在于肾，肾体受损而肾用失司为病变所在，三合汤为有效治疗中药。此文研究年度2015年1～12月，对象取三合汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎56例，总结中医护理干预方法及效果，具体见下。

1　资料和方法

1.1一般资料

研究年度2015年1～12月，对象取三合汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎56例，数字法分组。对照组施行常规护理，共28例，均龄（46.21±6.47）岁，年龄在21～71岁，女患者11例，17例是男患者。观察组施行中医护理干预，共28例，均龄（46.54±6.92）岁，年龄在21～70岁，女患者10例，18例是男患者。组间有均衡性，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

1.2方法

1.2.1三合汤治疗 方中成分墨旱莲15 g、生地黄25 g、女贞子15 g、杜仲20 g、白术30 g和怀牛膝15 g，清水煎煮，一日1剂，取100 ml，分2次服下，1疗程30 d。

1.2.2中医护理干预 （1）情志护理。维护机体正气较为重要，此病病程长，迁延不愈，病情易反复，易引起个体忧郁、烦躁、失望、恐惧及悲观等，不良情志可造成脏腑气机升降失调，引起气血紊乱，导致正气亏虚。……
