不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床护理探析

【摘要】目的 对不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床护理措施和效果进行分析探讨。方法 选取于2013年10月～2015年12月在我院接受治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者142例，并1:1随机分为对照组和实验组各71例，对分别应用常规护理和优质护理的效果进行对照研究。结果 实验组患者的心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油用量均少于对照组，躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态、治疗满意程度、疾病认识程度等SAQ 评分均高于对照组，组间数据经t检验，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 不稳定型心绞痛患者应用优质护理的效果理想。

Objective Clinical nursing method and its effect on patients with unstable angina are to be analyzed deeply. Methods Chose 142 patients with unstable angina who were treated in hospital from October 2013 to December 2015 and separated them into control group and study group according to 1: 1 ratio with 71 patients in each group，and then compared conventional nursing effect to high-quality nursing effect between two groups. Results Patients's angina attack times and Nitroglycerin consumption were much less in study group than those in control group. Besides，patients'SAQ assessment scores with regarding to physical motion limitation degree，angina stable state，treatment satisfaction and illness awareness degree in study group were much higher than counterparts in control group，there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P＜0.05）according to t-test. Conclusion High-quality nursing is quite effective on patients with unstable angina.

不稳定型心绞痛是临床常见并且多发的心血管急症，介于慢性稳定型心绞痛与急性心肌梗死之间，是一种中间型心肌缺血状态［1］。该病以发病率高、病情变化快、病程长、反复发作、不易控制等为主要的临床特点，如果没有进行及时有效的干预，则有可能导致急性心肌梗死，甚至使患者死亡［2］。本院将优质护理应用于2013年10月～2015年12月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者中，效果满意，现报道如下。

1　资料和方法

1.1一般资料

选取于2013年10月～2015年12月在我院接受治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者142例，其中男性患者、女性患者的人数分别是79例和63例；年龄最小的患者和年龄最大的患者分别为41岁和79岁，平均年龄（55.66±5.66）岁；按密封信封法将上述患者根据多中心、随机、平行、对照设计的研究方法1：1随机分为对照组和实验组各71例，上述基本资料经检验，对照组和实验组患者差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05。……
