长期卧床的老年患者常见并发症的预防性护理措施及效果

【摘要】目的 探讨长期卧床的老年患者常见并发症的预防性护理措施及效果。方法 本文选取我院多个科室的100例老年长期卧床患者，采取随机分组的形式，对照组采取常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上对常见的并发症采取预防性的护理措施。结果 观察组患者并发症发生率为4%（2/50），对照组患者并发症发生率为16%（8/50）。观察组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组，P＜0.05（χ2= 4.000 0，P= 0.045 5）。结论 对长期卧床的老年患者常见的并发症采取预防性的护理措施，可有效降低并发症的发生率，可促进患者的早日康复，提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the preventive care measures and effects for Long-term bedridden elderly patients with common complications. Methods A total number of 100 cases of elderly bedridden patients from various departments of our hospital were selected as subjects，and were randomly divided into a control group，given routine care，and an observation group，given preventive care measures for common complication on the basis of routine care. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4% （2/50），and the incidence of complications in the control group of patients complication rate was 16% （8/50）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，with P＜0.05 （χ2= 4.000 0，P= 0.045 5）. Conclusion Preventive care measures for long-term bedridden elderly patients can effectively reduce the incidence of common complications，promote early recovery of patients，and improve the quality of life.

随着社会老龄化的到来，老年患者的数量也随之增加。许多疾病迫使这些老年患者需要长期卧床休养，老年患者又经常合并多种疾病，并发症发生的几率要高于青年患者。因此，对长期卧床的老年患者常见的并发症采取预防性的护理很有必要。本文选取我院不同科室的100例老年长期卧床患者，采取随机分组的形式，采用不同的护理方法，以观察预防性护理措施在长期卧床的老年患者常见并发症中的预防价值。

1　资料与方法

1.1临床资料

纳入本研究的病例资料共计100例，来自于我院不同科室。住院的时间为2015年6月～2016年2月。包括男患者60例，女患者40例，年龄：62～85岁，平均为（73.6±5.80）岁。全部患者对本次研究的内容知情自愿，同意分组。……
