心理护理干预对维持性血液透析患者心理健康状况的影响

目的 观察并分析心理护理干预对维持性血液透析患者心理健康状况的影响。方法 随机选取2014年5月～2016年3月于本院进行维持性血液透析治疗的60例患者为研究对象，随机分为2组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组则加以实施心理护理干预，各30例。结果 观察组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05），对比护理满意率，观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对维持性血液透析患者实施心理护理干预有利于提高患者的心理健康水平，减轻患者心理负担，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

【Abstract】

Objective To observe and analyze the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the mental health status of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Randomly selected from May 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital for maintenance hemodialysis treatment of 60 patients as the study object，and were randomly assigned to two groups，the routine nursing care was taken in control group，the observation group was in the implementation of psychological nursing intervention，30 cases in each group. Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P＜ 0.05），and the nursing satisfaction rate was lower compared with that of the observation group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of psychological nursing intervention on maintenance hemodialysis patients is beneficial to improve the psychological health level，reduce the psychological burden of patients，and improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing work.

维持性血液透析是治疗终末期肾病的主要方法，虽然可在一定程度上延缓疾病进展，但也同时会对患者带来沉重的精神压力及经济负担［1］，不利于患者的身心健康。故此次研究以随机选取2014年5月～2016年3月于本院进行维持性血液透析治疗的60例患者为研究对象，观察并分析心理护理干预对维持性血液透析患者心理健康状况的影响，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1病例资料

随机选取2014年5月～2016年3月于本院进行维持性血液透析治疗的60例患者为研究对象，随机分为2组，对照组：男性患者13例，女性患者17例，患者年龄22～78岁，平均年龄为（56.7±2.4）岁。观察组：男性患者12例，女性患者18例，患者年龄24～76岁，平均年龄为（56.6±2.9）岁。将2组患者基础病例资料数据进行对比，均显示差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），可比性良好。
