舒适护理对减轻剖宫产术后疼痛的效果分析

目的 分析舒适护理对减轻剖宫产术后疼痛的效果。方法 选择我院剖宫产的患者160例为观察对象，按照不同的护理方法分为观察组和对照组，各80例，观察每组产妇术后的恢复情况和不同时间节点上的视觉模拟评分（VAS）结果。结果 护理组产妇VAS评分（3.10±0.44）分，对照组评分为（5.20±0.31），护理组评分低于对照组，观察组产妇的恢复情况和术后疼痛减轻情况优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 舒适护理对剖宫产产妇的术后恢复和疼痛缓解具有良好的改善作用。

【Abstract】

Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing on the pain after cesarean section. Methods Selected our hospital cesarean section patients with 160 cases as the observation object，according to the different methods of care divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each，maternal postoperative recovery and different time nodes on the visual analogue score（VAS）results was observed. Results The VAS scores of women in nursing group was（3.10±0.44），for the control group，the score was（5.20±0.31），nursing group scores were lower than the control group，and maternal recovery and postoperative pain were significantly better than that of the control group，both had statistical significance（P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing care has a significant effect on postoperative recovery and pain relief after cesarean section.

出于对分娩的心理恐惧，越来越多的产妇选择剖宫产进行分娩。虽然剖宫产有效地降低了自然分娩带来的疼痛，但是，切口的疼痛影响产妇的睡眠，进而影响正常的哺乳［1］。通过分析舒适护理对减轻剖宫产术后疼痛的效果，对产妇的术后恢复和减轻疼痛具有现实意义［2］。本文选取2014年3月～2016年3月我院进行剖宫产的患者160例为观察对象，分为护理组和对照组，对观察组进行舒适护理，并取得了良好的效果，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选择本位选取2014年3月～2016年3月我院进行剖宫产的患者160例为观察对象，分为护理组和对照组，每组各80例。观察组年龄25～37岁；孕周36～41周；初产妇56例，经产妇24例；对照组产妇年龄20～39岁，孕周37～42周；初产妇57例，经产妇23例。两组产妇的一般情况差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有比较意义。
