舒适护理对糖尿病并发脑梗死患者生活质量的影响体会

目的 探讨舒适护理对糖尿病并发脑梗死患者生活质量的影响体会。方法 本次试验对象为2014年3月～2016年1月我院就诊的75例糖尿病并发脑梗死患者，按照随机法将患者分为组1和组2。组1采取常规护理；组2采取舒适护理。对比干预结果。结果 组2患者护理满意程度比组1高，护理后生理、情感功能等生活质量指标比组1好，护理投诉事件发生率比组1低，P＜0.05。结论 舒适护理对糖尿病并发脑梗死患者效果确切，可改善患者生活质量。

【Abstract】

Objective To explore the influence of comfort care on the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods The subjects of this study were 75 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction in our hospital from March 2014 to January 2016. The patients were divided intogroup 1 andgroup 2 according to the random method. Routine nursing care was taken in group1，and group 2 took comfort care. Contrast of intervention results. Results Group 2 patients’ care satisfaction degree was higher than group 1，and the quality of life after nursing was significantly better than that of group 1，and the incidence of nursing complaints was significantly lower than that of group 1，P ＜0.05. Conclusion The effect of comfortable nursing on patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction is exact，can improve the quality of life of patients.

糖尿病为胰岛素不足使得血糖过高的疾病，而脑梗死为脑供血区域发生局部组织坏死。脑梗死为糖尿病常见并发症，对患者身体、生活质量均造成严重影响。糖尿病并发脑梗死危害性大，可给患者带来严重后遗症，甚至导致死亡，需强化治疗和护理［1-2］。本研究就舒适护理对糖尿病并发脑梗死患者生活质量的影响体会进行探讨，报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

本次试验对象为2014年3月～2016年1月我院就诊的75例糖尿病并发脑梗死患者，按照随机法将患者分为组1和组2。其中组1共37例，男患者22例，女患者15例，年龄43～79岁，年龄平均值（68.73±6.28）岁。糖尿病病程2～8年，平均值（4.17±1.38）年。组2共38例，男患者23例，女患者15例，年龄43～78岁，年龄平均值（68.12±6.24）岁。糖尿病病程2～8年，平均值（4.35±1.23）年。两组患者基本资料经统计学检验显示差异无统计学意义。……
