麻醉技术在剖宫产手术中的应用分析

【摘要】目的讨论并分析麻醉技术在剖宫产手术中的应用，为日后的剖宫产手术麻醉方案提供参考性建议。方法选取2014年11月～2015 年5月，在我院进行剖宫产手术的产妇30例，对其麻醉方法及效果进行回顾性分析。结果30例剖宫产手术顺利，预后良好，无严重产后并发症发生，无新生儿并发症发生。30例产妇均于术后7 d顺利出院。结论在剖宫产手术中，根据产妇身体状况选择适合的麻醉方式，对其预后具有十分重要的意义。

Objective To discuss and analyze the application of anesthesia in cesarean section surgery to offer suggestions for future cesarean section anesthesia program.Methods From November 2014 to May 2015，cesarean maternal 30 cases in our hospital and the effect of anesthesia were retrospectively analyzed.Results 30 cases of Cesarean section surgery，the prognosis was good，no serious complications occurred and no neonatal complications.30 patients were discharged on 7 d after operation.Conclusion For cesarean section，selected the appropriate anesthesia，has great significance on the prognosis according to maternal health.

目前我国剖宫产在产妇分娩中约占30%左右，并有逐渐增加的趋势［1］。剖宫产的麻醉方式及技术不仅影响着母婴在手术中的安全，还影响着产妇的预后。因此产科麻醉应该掌握的准则是在保证产妇与胎儿安全情况下，尽量减少手术带来的创伤与剖宫产术后的并发症。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2014年11月～2015年5月，在我院进行剖宫产手术的产妇30例，年龄21～40岁，平均年龄（28.7±3.4）岁，身高152～172 cm，体重52～82 kg，所有产妇均为初产妇，无妊娠并发症，新生儿为单胎。参与本次研究的所有产妇均已征得本人及其家属同意，不给产妇带来额外负担为研究准则。

1.2术前准备

了解产妇术前的进食情况、药物过敏史、以往病史、家族遗传性病史等基本情况。剖宫产手术的麻醉方式应根据医院设备条件、产妇及胎儿情况而定。为了确保产妇及胎儿的安全，麻醉师应在手术前亲自检查麻醉设备、氧气、药物及急救物品。……
