药物临床试验机构建设与规范管理的实现

【摘要】药物临床试验机构建设是国家药物临床试验质控管理发展的必然趋势，而如何促进药物临床试验机构建设是当前医疗机构及相关药事管理部门的核心工作。我国较多大型综合性医院已经开始药物临床试验机构建设及实践研究，并取得了一定进展，但是缺乏规范性管理措施，为此本文基于药物临床试验机构建设的实践与探索经验，对于药物临床试验机构建设提出专业规范管理对策，旨在加快药物临床试验机构规范化发展进程。

The drug clinical trial institution construction is national drug clinical trial quality management development inevitable trend，and how to promote the drug clinical trial institution is the core of current medical institutions and pharmaceutical management department.At present，a lot of large general hospital has begun to research drug clinical trial institution construction，and has made some progress，but lack of normative management measures.In this paper，based on the practice and exploration of drug clinical trial institution construction experience，proposed professional and normative management strategies，aimed at accelerating the drug clinical trial institution standardization development process.

药物临床试验机构是由多个专业科室组成的重要临床药学服务部门，可执行多个科室药学试验任务，为临床提供可靠的药学服务。当前，我国医院药学临床试验机构尚在起步发展阶段，如何促进该机构高效运转，实现规范化管理是当前研究的重点。在药物临床试验机构建设中，管理者需思考如何提高质量控制及管理措施，使机构管理工作步入规范的良性循环轨道，为此本文总结药物临床试验机构管理实践经验，针对其专业化规范管理对策进行探讨。

1　药物临床试验机构建设的重要性

当前，神经疾病、心内科疾病及免疫预防等相关领域已经广泛开展了临床试验工作，作为早一批研究重点，取得了极好的研究成果［1］。药物临床试验在我国医院内发展历史较短，且在医院管理中其他专业领域已经占据先机，因而医院对于药物临床试验机构建设重视程度不够。……
