临床技能教学质量评估方法的综述与思考

【摘要】临床医生的培养既要注重基础理论，更要注重临床综合技能，这已经成为高等医学教育界的共识。近年来，国内外对临床实践教育的研究普遍受到重视和关注。在我国当前的医学教育中，普遍存在不同程度的重理论轻实践、重知识轻技能、学生动手机会少的现象。因此，如何以执业医师考试为导向，加强临床实践教学改革，调整教学计划，改进考试方式，注重临床实践技能考核成为高等医学教育的研究重点。

Clinicians should pay attention to the basic theory，but also pay more attention to the clinical comprehensive skills，which has become the consensus of higher medical education.In recent years，the domestic and foreign research on clinical practice education has received great attention and concern.The current situation of medical education in our country is that we attach importance to theory，despise practice，value knowledge，despise skills，and little chance of students'practice.Therefore，how to strengthen the teaching reform of clinical practice，adjust the teaching plan，improve the examination methods，and focus on the clinical practice skills assessment has become the focus of higher medical education research.

1　研究背景

医生承担着防病治病、救死扶伤的重任。高等医学教育的目的是培养高素质的卫生人才。我国的医学教育偏重于理论知识学习，临床实践较少，而且应试教育意味太浓。国际医学教育委员在“全球医学教育最基本要求”中将临床技能置于第四位，由此可见临床技能在医学教育中的重要性。国际医学教育组织先后制定了一系列的国际医学教育标准，对临床技能的考核给予足够重视。因此，如何以执业医师考试为导向，加强临床实践教学改革，调整教学计划，改进考试方式，注重临床实践技能考核成为高等医学教育的研究重点［1］。

2　临床技能的含义及其考核内容

临床技能主要考察学生动手能力、实际操作能力以及对专业辅助检查的掌握情况。可以分为两大类：一类是考察医生对疾病诊断、分析和处理的能力；……
