【摘 要】 随着医疗模式的改变，护理服务对象和护理服务范围的扩展，医患关系日趋平等。“医疗+重视+舒适”的新观念，对从事医疗护理工作的同志提出了新的挑战，即不仅实施治疗、护理过程中要尊重病人的权利，更重要的是要注重病人的心理需求。如何适应这一新医疗模式转变的挑战，作者认为：从事护理管理工作者必须从以下四个方面积极开展工作，以激发和调动护理人员的积极性、主动性、创造性，从而增强护理人员的职业认同感，使他们热爱临床工作，眷恋永不肯离去，使护理工作迈向新的台阶。

【Abstract】 Along with the medical pattern's change， the nurse service object and the nurse service scope's expansion， the medical trouble relations are day by day equal. “the medical service + takes seriously comfortably +” the new idea， to comrade who was engaged in the medical care work presented the new challenge， not only namely in the implementation treatment， the nursing process needed to respect the patient the right， must pay great attention patient's psychological demand more importantly. How to adapt the challenge which this new medical pattern transforms， the author thought： Is engaged in nursing to manage the worker to do the work positively from the following four aspects， stimulates and the reassignment nursing staffs' enthusiasm， the initiative， the creativity， thus the enhancement nursing staffs' professional sympathy， causes them to deeply love the clinical work， the attachment is never willing to depart， causes the nursing work to advance to the new stair.

护理工作是医疗卫生事业的重要组成部分，社会的发展，医学的进步，客观上对护理学科提出了新的要求，随着医学模式由单纯的生物医学模式向生物、心理、社会医学模式的转变，护理作为现代医学领域中一门专门学科。如何适应这一新医疗模式转变的挑战，作者认为：从事护理管理工作者必须从以下四个方面积极开展工作，以激发和调动护理人员的积极性、主动性、创造性，从而增强护理人员的职业认同感，使他们热爱临床工作，眷恋永不肯离去，使护理工作迈向新的台阶。

1 做好情感化管理

护士的工作是琐碎、紧张和乏味的，随着病人服务要求的提高，护士的心理压力也渐渐增大，害怕自己一不留神让病人产生误解，既影响病人的治疗，又产生护患纠纷，因而一到上班，护士便全身心地，谨小慎微的投入到了工作中去，而到了下班之时已是感到相当疲惫的护士们，只想回到家中好好的休息一下。……
