【摘 要】 目的：研究并分析对原发性下肢静脉曲张患者实施围术期优质护理的效果。方法：收集原发性下肢静脉曲张患者共89例，根据患者入院日期的单双号数分为44例对照组和45例观察组，患者均接受手术治疗，对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组在此基础上联合使用优质护理，将两组患者的症状改善时间、复发率进行观察和对比。结果：观察组的症状改善时间明显短于对照组，观察组的复发率显著低于对照组患者，P均<0.05。结论：在原发性下肢静脉曲张患者的围手术期护理过程中，优质护理能够迅速改善患者的临床症状，降低疾病的复发率，有助于促进患者康复，使患者更加满意，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective： To study and analyze the effect of high quality nursing care for patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremity. Methods： collection of primary varicose veins of lower extremity in patients with a total of 89 cases， according to the odd and even numbers of patients admitted to date the number 44 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the group.Results： the symptom time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group， the rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group， P was <0.05. Conclusion： high quality nursing can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce. It is worthy of popularization and application.

原发性下肢静脉曲张通过是由于下肢皮下静脉病变或者解剖因素导致的，包括静脉壁内的弹力纤维较少、先天性的静脉壁发育不良、下肢浅静脉瓣膜功能不良等[1]。相关的研究发现，原发性下肢静脉曲张在妊娠期产妇、长期便秘、过度劳累者当中的发病率较高，而且女性的发病率更高[2]。目前临床上手术治疗是原发性下肢静脉曲张的主要治疗手段，而围手术期的有效护理措施能够进一步保证手术治疗的效果[3]。在本次研究中，将围手术期优质护理应用在了原发性下肢静脉曲张患者的护理中，效果显著，现报道如下：

1 一般资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2013年1月至2014年12月期间，我院收治的原发性下肢静脉曲张患者共89例，根据患者入院日期的单双号数分为44例对照组和45例观察组，其中，对照组男19例，女25例；年龄在32岁-71岁之间，平均年龄为（50.2±10.5）岁；患者的病程为3年-11年，平均病程为（6.4±0.7）年。……
