某社区2014年麻醉药物应用分析

摘要目的：探讨上海某社区卫生服务中心2014年麻醉药品使用情况。方法：统计该社区卫生服务中心2014年麻醉药品的使用情况，分别对各种麻醉药品的规格、用量、所用疾病种类进行比较和分析。结果：该社区卫生服务中心注射麻醉药品用量第一季度明显多于其他季度，口服麻醉药品5、6、7月份多于其他月份，使用上主要以口服制剂为主。结论：社区卫生服务中心麻醉药品品种偏少，可能与社区病种单一、患者需求较少有关；麻醉药品用量不多，所用疾病谱窄，总体使用情况合理。

Analysis of the application of narcotic drug in a community in 2014

ABSTRACTObjective: To explore the use of narcotic drug in a community health service center of Shanghai in 2014. Methods: The use of narcotic drug in the center in 2014 was counted, and the specification and quantity of all sorts of narcotic drugs and the disease species used with them were compared and analyzed. Results: The dosage of narcotic drug for injection in this center was much more in the first season than in the other seasons, and the oral agent in March, June and July was much more than those in other months. The medication was mainly oral one. Conclusion: The types of narcotic drugs in the community health service center are less, which is possible to be related to the community disease simple and the patients’ requirement less and the disease spectrum narrow. In general, its usage is reasonable.

麻醉药品是指连续使用易产生身体依赖性或容易成瘾的药品。麻醉药品具有明显的两重性，既具有强效镇痛作用，被临床上广泛应用于缓解剧烈疼痛，又具有一定的药物依赖性，若使用或管理不当易造成滥用。麻醉药品的合理使用一直是一个世界性的课题。

上海市松江区小昆山镇社区卫生服务中心使用的麻醉药品有盐酸哌替啶注射液、硫酸吗啡控释片。为了解麻醉药品在我中心的使用情况，笔者统计分析了中心2014年麻醉药品使用情况，为临床合理规范使用麻醉药品提供依据。
