铬盐行业清洁生产分析——以湖北振华化学股份有限公司为例

摘要：铬盐生产行业属高污染行业，其清洁生产技术也一直在发展推行之中。结合实际案例，对照《铬盐行业清洁生产评价指标体系(试行)》中相关指标，同时结合国内外铬盐行业生产水平，分析湖北振华化学股份有限公司从有钙焙烧到无钙焙烧技术转变后的清洁生产水平。从分析结果来看，推行无钙焙烧技术将大大提高铬盐生产清洁生产水平，有利于企业生产的可持续发展。

Abstract：Chromic salt production belongs to the high pollution industry and its clean production technology has also been developing and implementing.According to some relevant index in Index System of Cleaner Production Evaluation for Chromic Salt Industry and combining with production level for chromic salt industry at home and abroad,the clean production level of Hubei Zhenhua Chemical Co.,Ltd was analyzed from calcium roasting to non- calcium roasting.Results show that implementation of non calcium roasting technology will greatly improve the level of clean production of chromic salt production,which is beneficial to the sustainable development of enterprise production.

2012年7月，新修订的《中华人民共和国清洁生产促进法》正式实施，我国再次明确指出在各行各业生产中推行清洁生产技术，在重点污染行业强行推行清洁生产技术，强制进行企业的清洁生产审核。

铬盐生产属高污染行业，其生产带来的污染同很多其他的工业生产不同，产生的“三废”对环境的影响都很突出，而且会带来铬的累积性的环境影响。我国铬盐企业存在着厂点多、规模小、装备较差的问题，而且目前大部分还是采用有钙焙烧的落后工艺，无钙焙烧在近几年才在少数产量大的主要铬盐企业生产中使用[1]。……
