艾迪注射液不良反应的文献分析

摘要：目的 分析艾迪注射液致不良反应的一般规律，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 检索国内医药数据库，下载有关艾迪注射液不良反应的个案报道并进行统计分析。结果 共检索到14篇关于艾迪注射液不良反应的个案报道。其中，中老年患者多见，9例为男性(64.29%)。用药各时段均可发生不良反应，以用药过程中发生为主(71.43%)。临床表现多样，以变态反应为主(50%)。部分患者可见左心衰竭、休克、冠心病、血小板减少等严重不良反应。结论 艾迪注射液可致多种不良反应，临床使用应提高合理用药水平，加强用药监护。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the general rules of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by Aidi Injections， and to provide reference for rational use in clinic. MethodsBy revelant domestic pharmaceutical database， the ADR cases induced by Aidi Injections were downloaded and analyzed statistically. ResultsA total of 14 reports about ADR cases induced by Aidi Injections were retrieved. The most were middle-aged and aged patients. 9 cases were male(64.29%). ADR appeared in each period and the most cases occurred during the treatment(71.43%). The clinical manifestations were varied and the most were allergic reactions(50%). Serious ADRs like left heart failure， shock， coronary heart disease and thrombocytopenia occurred on some patients. ConclusionAidi Injections can induced various ADRs. Rational use should be improved and clinical pharmaceutical care should be strengthened in clinical use.

艾迪注射液是由斑蝥、人参、黄芪、刺五加4味中药提取制成的注射剂，其功能主治为清热解毒、消瘀散结，临床上主要用于治疗原发性肝癌、肺癌、直肠癌、恶性淋巴瘤及妇科恶性肿瘤等。研究表明，除抗肿瘤作用外，部分成分可通过对免疫细胞、细胞因子和补体系统的共同作用增强机体免疫功能，对化疗和放疗也有增效减毒作用[1-2]。艾迪注射液用于各种中晚期癌症的辅助治疗后，患者的生活质量也可得到明显改善[3]。随着临床应用的增加，艾迪注射液导致不良反应的报道亦逐渐增加。现对相关个案报道进行统计分析，为临床合理用药提供参考。

1 资料与方法

1.1 资料来源 检索中国知网全文数据库及维普资讯中文科技期刊数据库，以“艾迪注射液”、“致”、“诱发”、“引起”、“不良反应”、“副作用”为检索词，对相关文献资料进行检索。……
